Cá thác lác ít mỡ được người ăn kiêng chọn lựa. Bầu khi nấu chín có vị ngọt thanh. Cá thác lác mà nấu với khổ qua thì cả nhà đã quen rồi nhỉ. Hôm nay trổ tài kết hợp bầu ngọt, cá thác lác dai dai, xem món nào ngon hơn nhé!

Cho cá thác lác vào tô cùng với tất cả các gia vị trên. Dùng muỗng quết 15 phút, quết đến khi thấy cá tạo thành hỗn hợp chặt dính vào nhau. Sau đó vo thành những viên nhỏ.

Bầu gọt vỏ, cắt lát hay bằm nhỏ tùy thích. Hành lá, ngò rửa sạch, cắt nhỏ.

Phi thơm đầu hành, cho nước vào nấu sôi, nêm 2 muỗng canh hạt nêm + ½ muỗng bột ngọt + 2 muỗng canh nước mắm + ½ muỗng cà phê tiêu. Tiếp theo thả cá thác lác vào nấu sôi.

Sau cùng cho bầu vào canh, nấu sôi thêm lần nữa là tắt bếp ngay. Rắc hành ngò lên trên.
